We photographers and photo retoucher don't really know how much people appreciate what we do until they tell us how amazing we are with a smile. I am writing this short blog as a response I received from a makeup artiste I met on BBM via my sister in another State. She was in Lagos (where I stay) for a short visit and we decided to see for a photo shoot which was cool. I had high expectations as I fell in love with her face right from the day I saw her picture. She came by, we had a shoot which to me is a normal process and when the picture retouch was done I sent it to her. She was funny with her response but to my surprise she did a picture mix of herself un-retouched without makeup and the retouched picture. She titled it 'Imperfect Me'.

I looked at the picture once again and I realized I had worked hard on the picture to make a statement about myself to her which turned out great. We just don't understand the role we play when people are happy to see a transformation of themselves.

   

I couldn't hold my love for basketball so I tried out some shots. I am still planning on more shots and am sure going to have to spend some money buying kits. But I just love it.

So happy I had Pam come all the way in for a studio shoot. The idea I had in mind didn't work as we could not get a makeover artiste quick. But we found a way out and got beautyandthebrush make overs.

It was fun all day as I turned a Prince into a boxing champ... :)

It was nice to have IK around for a profile shoot. It turned out nice.

I did a little improvement to a picture taken by a young photographer friend. He asked me to show him the easy way out to improve the shoot he did at a makeover artiste shop. 

Funny as the sounds to myself while uploading this on my blog. There is nothing as interesting as directing a friend especially when you have to pose him and he keeps getting it wrong...  It was fun :)

Beauty we say is just more than words and can't be expressed fully.. This my point of view on Miss Kofo who was just out of this world...

1st set of pictures from Urban African Lady photoshoot which was organized by me and Wale (Sucre) take at Neptunes Photography Studio.

During a shoot put together by me and Wale (Sucre) we decided to do some photo bombing. It was super fun and crazy. :) Well the ladies didn't even know. LOL!!!

 

During a self project put together by me and Wale Sucre named Urban African Lady. I decided to do a self test and had Wale take some pictures of me. While the pictures turned out to be pretty cool and I turned the actor in the studio :)

Nice to have my Sis and PR agent  pose for a quick shoot. The idea came from a Teen Magazine we saw and we wanted to create a Teen joyful mode and have some fun.

I had Wale (Sucre) at Neptunes Photography Studio when handsome Prince came into the studio. So we decided to have a quick shoot. It turned out to be great.
